Water-Based Floor Sealer

Undercoat reduces floor maintenance costs by sealing floors with a tough, acrylic layer that eliminates porous floor absorption of wax or finish. Undercoat improves the bonding of Magna Gloss 25 that is to be applied to the floor surface. This sealing operation will enhance the luster, prolong wear and increase durability of the finished surface.

Undercoat is the base for Magna Gloss 25 to provide the Wet Look that is desired.
