Sales Representative

Purpose:

To serve customers by selling products and meeting their needs.

Duties:
  • Manage and grow accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules.
  • Tailor sales presentations to target different sales outlets and trade factors.
  • Analyze existing and potential dealer volume to focus efforts strategically.
  • Submit orders using price lists and product literature.
  • Provide reports on activities, results, and territory performance.
  • Monitor competitors’ strategies, pricing, and new offerings.
  • Recommend changes to products, services, and policies based on market evaluation.
  • Resolve customer complaints through investigation and solution development.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals.
